Brins Mesa Trail

Moderate hike with open views

A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended to access the parking lot since the road leading to the trailhead is rugged and has washed out in some sections. The trail involves a challenging stair climb, followed by bushwhacking and wayfinding at the top of Brins Mesa. However, the stunning views at the summit are well worth the effort. Wearing gators is also advised to keep rocks and sand out of your shoes.

  • Connects to Soldier Pass if you want a longer loop
