We loved this place. It’s a historic house on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the main drag, and it had pretty much everything we were looking for. It’s clean, quiet, and well appointed, with everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and super-comfy beds. Communication with the hosts was perfect – just the right tempo and number of check-ins.It is an old house, so the rooms are on the small side – it’s not a generic condo or anything like that – and there’s only one bathroom. But it was perfect for three adults (us and our son) and easily our favorite rental in about half a dozen visits to Park City. It will almost certainly be our first choice when we return.

The property location is incredible. The layout has plenty of room and several different interior and exterior areas to gather. The sleeping arrangement provides for several private and quiet rooms. We had a large group and had plenty of space and never felt crowded. Its an amazing property. David

We loved our stay at this property, definitely one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had from start to finish. The team at Alpine Retreats was incredibly helpful coming into town and communicative during our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, and a great spot for a large group. The local shuttle in the area is also an awesome perk for getting around Park City and Deer Valley.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host team going above and beyond for us. This is a place where we would return with friends & family (plenty of them!) in years to come. Would love to come back and try it in the winter as well.

We had an amazing 5 week stay at this property. It was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was stocked in the house. Communication was efficient with the host and property manager. We were able to utilize the area shuttle for service in and out of town as well. Love this area on the mountain and loved this condo.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We fell in love with this house. It’s probably our favorite AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful. So nicely decorated. It was comfortable. It was well stocked! Plenty of paper towels, and toilet paper. (sometimes it’s the little things). Wonderful kitchen amenities. The beds in all the bedrooms were great. It was spacious. Heather was fantastic! We were sad to leave! The neighborhood was great!! Perfect distance to Park City, and all the surrounding areas where we hiked. We can’t wait to stay there again!!

Excellent property and we’d definitely stay here again. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was outstanding—just a short walk to Main Street with easy access to shopping, dining, and many of Park City’s attractions. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making it a great fit for our group. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for a large family trip! We had 4 families staying together and the space was absolutely ideal — plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out without feeling on top of each other. Everyone loved it. The location was unbeatable — close to town, easy access to hiking, and right in the heart of Deer Valley. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend for any group looking for a comfortable, well-located base in Park City!

Clean, and well appointed with lots of different gathering spaces — the young children especially enjoying hanging out and playing in the theatre room. Lots of sunlight and stunning views of Park City in the summertime. Would definitely stay here again.
