Lovely stay, responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect weekend getaway.

Before I share the INCREDIBLE amenities, let me share the only con. It is 51 stairs from the garage to the main house’s main floor. The elevators were not advertised as fragile and have strict operating rules and no posted weight limits. Learning the rules requires remembering a lengthy in-person, onsite orientation. Then, you must ensure everyone in your party follows them. Unfortunately, both elevators broke within hours of our party arriving and were unavailable through our 4-night stay. Though the property management company was incredibly responsive, this was a let down especially for our 80-year-old parents. Fortunately, everything else gets 5+ stars. Being 1 block from Main Street, having 7 parking spaces, the pristine cleaning + comfortable beds, two fully stocked kitchens, fun decor, tons of games and multiple gathering spaces inside and out, an incredible rooftop terrace for hot tubbing and BBQing, & the bunk room. Aside from the elevators, I highly recommend this property!

Amazing house and location! Super friendly host and easy check out process

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We had 3 families with toddlers and an infant appreciating every aspect of the home. The downstairs area and hot tub were a big hit. Easy access to activities also helped.

The house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail was clearly well considered. The beds were incredibly comfortable—so much so that I’ll be reaching out to the host to find out what kind of bedding they use! Everything about our stay was truly 5 out of 5 stars. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Park City!

Staying at this Alpine Retreat listing was an amazing experience. The house was gorgeous. It was perfect for a large group event and had everything you would need. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was walkable to Canyon Villages and a short uber downtown. Lastly, the customer service was superb. They were extremely responsive, pleasant, and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this stay and am already planning my trip back.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The location was perfect – just steps away from Main Street, so it was so easy to explore all the shops and restaurants. The property itself was beautiful, clean and well-equipped, making it the perfect spot. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent again and can’t wait to return!

Dwell on Woodside was amazing. The location was great and Alpine Retreats made it super easy. Would def rent with Alpine again.

Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! We loved this space and the walkability to absolutely everything in park city. Fantastic home, amazing hot tub, and stellar communication. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Park City listing. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. The home was super comfortable for our family – 5 adults and a one year old. There are 3 levels so there are two flights of stairs to deal with. However, the home’s AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room and plenty of seating. Nice back deck to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Room for parking 2 cars and a garage for one. It is well located so that you can walk to Main St. and access all the shopping and restaurants. It is on a hill so there are steps going down and back up to go home! But it was all doable. We highly recommend this location and appreciate the host.

Great house and terrific hosts

We loved our stay. The home was stunning and spacious for our group. The kitchen was well equipped for the many meals we made together and you can’t beat the location. All communication with the host was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

Had a great stay. We were a group of four, celebrating a “top performers” work trip. Bathrooms were all excellent. The social spaces were great. We enjoyed playing pool and chess. Very close to the ski lifts and lots of nearby restaurants. Would stay again!

Phenomenal house that is on the fringe of downtown while being right next to the Town Lift

A fun and eclectic home situated right off main street. It was perfect for my family to enjoy both the skiing and the perks of being close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with Alpine Retreats was top notch.

We enjoyed our stay at this ski condo. Very convenient to skiing Deer Valley. House was very clean, nice new appliances, and a very well stocked kitchen. They had nice pots/pans, knives, spices, sheet pans etc. We used the gas grill that was also new and clean. The rental service was better than most we had experienced. They were very responsive and friendly. We appreciated the coffee and banana bread on check in! This was our 7th time in the area and always rent a private home versus a hotel. Definitely cleanest and best stocked place yet ! In the past I would try to stay at a DV property to use the free shuttle but I prefer self parking. It’s much easier. Price is consistent with other like condos during high season.

Place is as nice or better than pictures . High level finishes . Locket attendants are helpful and alpine was super knowledgeable and accommodating

The Modern Miner property, hosted by Alpine Retreats, is great place and description on Airbnb matches the property perfectly. My wife, youngest son and I were joined by my brother, his wife and their son and his wife and everyone loved the home…for skiers the walk to town lift is probably 5 – 7 minutes and the new hot tub was great post skiing and everyone enjoyed spending time in the house in the evenings. Alpine Retreats were also terrific hosts, super helpful and very responsive! I would highly recommend this property!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 12 for our ski trip. Beautiful, comfortable, well furnished and plenty of space for all ages. Highly recommend!
