The Modern Miner property, hosted by Alpine Retreats, is great place and description on Airbnb matches the property perfectly. My wife, youngest son and I were joined by my brother, his wife and their son and his wife and everyone loved the home…for skiers the walk to town lift is probably 5 – 7 minutes and the new hot tub was great post skiing and everyone enjoyed spending time in the house in the evenings. Alpine Retreats were also terrific hosts, super helpful and very responsive! I would highly recommend this property!

The location is terrific—true ski in:ski out right above the Silver Strike lift. Only thing to note is that if your kids are in ski school at Snow Park, there is not time to ski back over at the end of the day due to 3:45 closing time of the Quincy lift. Decor is lovely. Beds comfy. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking. Kids loved the bunk room. Hot tub fun for all. Apres-ski is nice at the end of the day. Ski butlers are a huge plus. Heather, realtor, was very responsive to all questions and requests. She picked up our grocery order and it was all put away when we arrived. All stays have at least one tiny hiccup, but none were dealbreakers and again, Heather was responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this Deer Valley Retreat. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was extremely clean and clearly very well cared for. Communication with the host was seamless and easy throughout the entire process. The property itself is beautifully appointed with truly high-end finishes everywhere you look. The appliances are top-of-the-line, the linens and towels felt luxurious, and the furniture and décor were thoughtfully selected and in excellent condition. The shower was especially impressive — spa-like and a perfect way to unwind after a day on the mountain. We also really appreciated the filtered water available in the home — a small touch that makes a big difference. The location is another huge plus, with convenient walking distance to Main Street, which made getting around very easy. Overall, this is a premium, well-managed property that we would absolutely stay in again and highly recommend to others visiting Deer Valley.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 12 for our ski trip. Beautiful, comfortable, well furnished and plenty of space for all ages. Highly recommend!

This ski-in/ski-out home is ideal for our large family of experienced and novice skiers, but also a beautiful retreat for those of us who don’t ski. The large family room and well-equipped kitchen were especially appreciated. We loved it! Thanks to Heather at Alpine Retreats for giving us the care and attention we needed!

We truly enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank you again for such a lovely and comfortable home. As a small suggestion for improvement, we noticed that the bedroom with the king-size bed on the lower level could benefit from additional or improved closet space for clothing storage. We found this a bit limited and slightly inconvenient during our stay, especially for longer visits. We share this only as constructive feedback, as overall our experience was very positive.

We were 4 adults (one couple and two individuals). Location is good for Deer Valley skiing – a short bus ride to the base and the stop is right outside. Also walkable into Park City. The place is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the hosts were very responsive. We’d stay again!

We stayed here for a week with 12 people and it was extremely clean (the house almost looked brand new to us!), comfortable and convenient to skiing right across the street. The Alpine team was extremely responsive and accommodating on everything we needed – we would 100% stay here again!

The place was beautifully decorated and pristine. It was perfect for our 3 families, with each room having a king bed and then a bunk bed room. Our boys loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary that made cooking easy. The host was friendly and responsive always.

So happy we found this gem in Park City! It was fun to “live like a local” for the weekend. Easy walk to Main St for dinners but in a quiet, cute little neighborhood. The pool was such a fun bonus! We cant wait to come back and use this as our base camp for skiing Park City Mountain!

We stopped in Park City during our travels across the country for the Holidays. And just WOW! This home is even more beautiful than the photos. We had plenty of room to spread out and find quiet time when needed. And we were also very comfortable when gathered on the main floor during meals. Super easy walk to Main Street, but on a quiet street. Although too early in the season to ski, we walked by the ski access almost every day on our to way Main Street and found the walk quick and easy if you’re a skier. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again next time we’re in Park City!
